About

Timmy Fisher is a singer, composer and writer based in London, UK.

He has contributed to Gramophone, The Spectator and Bachtrack, and is a sub-editor within the BBC Proms Publications team. He co-hosts The Classical Music Pod with Sam Poppleton.

He has composed music for various ensembles and institutions, including Sansara, The Orlando Consort, The Banchieri Consort, All Saints Fulham, and the choirs of St Mary’s Cambridge and Fulham Prep School. He also writes and produces music for film – most recently the soundtracks to The Words, starring BAFTA-winning actor Molly Windsor, and Needletail, written by Barney Norris.

Timmy has sung as a soloist with the London-based Zeitgeist Chamber Orchestra and with New Zealand vocal ensemble Inspirare. He has also performed at The Bedford, The Gladstone and Paper Dress.
